Effective October 25, 2021, Great Basin Gas Transmission Company will be implementing a new identity and Customer Activity access management platform, Okta. To prepare for Okta, Great Basin will be retiring the current shared accounts used for access to Customer Activities and moving to individual log in user IDs and passwords.
The Okta platform will update and improve our cybersecurity infrastructure to provide safe and reliable access to Great Basin applications and data. With this change, multifactor authentication (MFA) for external user access to Great Basin’s Customer Activities portal will also be implemented.
